Description

  • Ensure efficient running of the QC Laboratory
  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes
  • Hands on QC analytical testing of finished products, release of raw materials, stability testing, water system sampling
  • Reporting of compliance
  • Maintain stock control, ordering of chemical reagents and consumables, including use of SAP
  • Conducting OOS, OOT and complaint investigations through to completion
  • Progress quality events through QMS
  • Responsible for lab equipment - maintenance, calibration and validation activities
  • Supporting in audits, self inspections, deviations, non-conformances and CAPA, data trending and review of test results
  • Drafting protocols, writing reports and SOPs

Profile

A successful Senior Quality Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with general physical and chemical testing and HPLC.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team working skills.
  • Ability to implement strategic plans for quality improvement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
