We are seeking an experienced individual to provide temporary support to our clients team during a planned absence. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining day to day operations while shadowing a team member and gradually assuming their reponsibilitues
Responsibilites
- Shadow a team member for approximately 4 weeks to learn the role and understand key responsibilities.
- Provide cover for the team member's absence.
- Ensure continuity of workflow and support for team members during the absence period.
- Collaborate with team members to address any urgent tasks or issues that arise.
- Assist in the handover process during the final 2 weeks to ensure a smooth transition back to the team member upon their return.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role. (purchase ledger, sales ledger, and nominal ledger. Preparation of monthly accounts)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
