Driver/Warehouse Operative

We are currently looking to recruit a

Van Driver/Warehouse Operative

at F30 Building Products to ensure that the receiving, storage, picking and loading of stock is efficient and timely managed. As part of this role, you will also undertake Van driving duties, so a clean driving licence is essential.

What does the role involve?

As Warehouse Van Driver/Warehouse Operative, you will be required to assist with deliveries, un-loading and loading of vehicles at the branch. A large part of this role will include driving the sprinter van; therefore you will be required to maintain good care of your vehicle, perform daily safety checks, and keep transport documents and paperwork updated. We are looking for someone who will maintain a clean and safe working environment and who will be an asset to the day-to-day operations within the branch.

The successful candidate will require:

  • A full, clean driving licence
  • Experience of driving for a delivery or distribution Company and the ability to drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle
  • Manual Handling experience
  • Good knowledge of safe working practices
  • Hold a Forklift Licence (desirable)
