Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies to boost brand visibility.
- Identify and recruit athletes who resonate with our brand values and target audiences.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-friendly deliverables.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in athlete marketing.
- Organize athlete demos and gym meetups, collaborating closely with the marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, social media, and creative teams to integrate athlete campaigns with overarching marketing initiatives.
- Create localised content through photoshoots and athlete collaborations, aligning with global and local marketing strategies.
- Generate weekly reports on the Athlete Marketing program for presentation to the Director of Marketing.
- Plan and execute a calendar of macro events to elevate brand awareness and support the sales team through B2B engagements.
- Partner with the sales team to maintain an ongoing consumer sampling initiative, leveraging our athlete roster as a key resource.
