An FP/A Analyst reporting into an inspiring CFO within a global business. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning and analysis at group level to support the business' strategic goals which include implementation of a new ERP system where the financial planning will feed directly into.

This is a prominent company in this specific part of the manufacturing sector. With the whole manufacturing process, servicing and maintenance taking place out the site in Leeds. As well as the UK head office with responsibility for group finance.
Description
- Performing financial planning and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Creating and updating financial models and forecasts.
- Analysing financial data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Working with various departments to gather data for budgeting.
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Presenting financial reports to team members and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful FP/A Analyst should have:
- Qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience in commercial finance with proven track record
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting particularly on Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively share financial insights.
- Experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry would be a benefit but not essential.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
