Job Title: CRM (HubSpot) Super User

Salary: £14 - £15 per hour, dependent on experience
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

**Purpose of the Role
This role has been created to support the successful implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation of our new HubSpot CRM system. The CRM Super User will act as the internal technical administrator and be the point of contact for all CRM-related matters across the business.
**Essential Internal Need
With the rollout of HubSpot across our organisation, we require dedicated internal expertise to ensure:
- Full utilisation of HubSpot's capabilities across all teams
- Centralised management of workflows, reporting, automation and user permissions
- Onboarding, trainin, and first-line user support
- A feedback loop to capture evolving business needs and drive continuous CRM improvements
**Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the rollout of HubSpot CRM across multiple departments
- Create and manage automation workflows, reports, dashboards and sales pipelines
- Provide training, documentation and hands-on support to users
- Monitor user engagement and platform adoption, proactively addressing gaps
- Liaise with department heads to ensure CRM functionality aligns with business objectives
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure GDPR compliance
- Manage system upgrades, feature releases and platform developments
**Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience as a CRM administrator or super user, ideally with HubSpot
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy
- Technical proficiency in managing CRM workflows, dashboards, reporting and integration's
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- A natural problem solver, embracing change and driving innovation
- Experience with CRM migration, implementation or digital transformation is a plus
**Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a CRM support, administration or super user role.
- HubSpot certification(s) desirable but not essential
- Experience in a sales-driven or customer-centric environment
- Strong Excel, reporting and data analysis skills advantageous
