- At least 2 years' experience within residential lettings with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent face to face customer service skills
- Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity

- Good organisational and planning skills
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence.
This position will come with a basic salary of £25,000, plus on target earnings enabling you to earn £35,000. You will also be on a £35,000 guarantee for the first 6 months of your employment.
Our client provides a pooled car and they also have an electric office bike available for you to use.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. You will get a day back in lieu when a Saturday is worked.
