IT Business Analyst (Financial Services)
Location- London (City) /Hybrid Working , Start date- ASAP
Contract Type- Permanent , Hours- Full Time, Salary - £50,000- £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Partnered with a boutique Financial services business that is looking to hire an experienced IT Business Analyst. It will play a pivotal role in leveraging Salesforce to streamline sales and customer relationship management processes. The candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Senior Stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Develop Reports and Dashboards
- Lead user training sessions and provide ongoing support
- Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows within the salesforce org
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems
Requirements
- Ideally 5 years BA experience
- Ideally a Salesforce certification
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
