Finance Manager Sheffield, South Yorkshire
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Permanent Office Based role.
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for qualified or part qualified Finance Manager to join a company based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire
The Role
This is a new role as the company is going through a period of growth. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will also manage the transactional team of 4 direct reports.

Duties
- Responsible for the maintenance of accurate and timely accounting records to comply with internal and external reporting.
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities.
- Reconciling key control accounts including all bank reconciliations.
- Controlling and operating payment processes.
- Supporting the Financial Controller with the annual budgets.
- Quarterly VAT returns.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills/Experience
- The successful candidate will be qualified or studying toward a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA).
- You will have excellent management skills with proven experience of managing an internal transaction team effectively.
- You will be a strong communicator with good written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and the ability to meet deadlines is essential.
