Juice is excited to be working with an award winning company in their search for a Temporary Administrator. This is an immediately available role with a vibrant team in Saltford. This role will start on Monday!
DAY TO DAY:
- Provide support to the Directors with administrative tasks
- Monitor enquiries email address and send to the correct person internally
- Run regular reports on key business areas
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Ad-hoc admin to the wider team
ALL ABOUT YOU:
- Previous administrative experience
- Ideally some PA or EA experience
- Proactive approach to problems
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
