We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy insurance office in Marlow for a Temporary period of approximately 10 weeks. This role is crucial to help manage a peak period by updating regulatory documents and managing data entry tasks. Day-to-day of the role:
- Input and manage data within the company's in-house database efficiently.
- Update and manage regulatory documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Meet daily workload targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during the peak period.
- Participate in training sessions to fully understand the processes and systems used.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrator, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate to meet targets.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using office and database management software, including basic Excel skills.
- Candidates with a current DBS certificate will be preferred, although this is not essential as DBS and bankruptcy checks will be conducted.
