Trainee financial adviser / Financial adviser

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our Independent, boutique Wealth Management firm due to substantial growth over recent years. As a financial Adviser, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, guidance and advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

You will be required to be fully Level 4 qualified; CAS status is preferred but not essential.

The role will be ideally suited for someone who is coming from a paraplanning role looking to move into an advised role, or an adviser starting out on their journey requiring support for the years to come. There will be no requirement to bring clients with you.

We are a well-established firm, founded in 2015 with an outstanding reputation across the industry. The role will be remote based, predominantly working from home but with regular meet ups throughout the initial training process

Basic starting salary £35,000 plus future monthly bonus. Unlimited OTE potential

All paraplanning services will be provided for the new candidate, providing ample time to train and obtain the right support.

Initially you will be working with the director exclusively who will involve you in all aspects of the business and mentor you.

  • Fulfilling our ongoing servicing requirements to existing clients
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments for clients to understand their financial situation and goals.
  • Develop personalized financial plans based on clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
  • Provide recommendations on investments, insurance, tax strategies, and retirement planning.
  • Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
  • Educate clients on financial matters and empower them to make informed decisions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust.
