Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the practice group with management for the firms debtors
- Focus on both client and customer satisfaction and delivering a high quality service
- Assisting in identifying and implementing process improvement that maximise efficiency
- Enforcement of company policy and dealing with any client queries or issues
- Daily bad debt reviews
- Liaising with internal and external clients to progress payment of invoices
- Engaging in discussions with the practice team on debtor issues
- Account reconciliations
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Worked in a similar role with exposure to finance
- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Offer
Salary up to £25,500 per annum + Hybrid working + Pension + 25 days holiday (plus banks on top) + Progression.
