The needs of the students are incredibly varied but will often be complex needs so experience working with special needs & disabilities is essential.
The school are well established and have a fantastic reputation for providing their students with incredible, individualised support. They are such a lovely team, all being very supportive of one another, even if working their on a short term basis - this is such an exciting opportunity for you to be introduced to a fantastic special school.
The role
The school are very busy at the moment so have a few different gaps available (at both sites); so whether you're looking for a full-time/long-term role or something a little more ad hoc - they are able to be flexible.
The school are open to a range of applications but it is essential that you have some form of experience working with special needs & disabilities. They like people who are adaptable, positive, proactive, patient, enthusiastic and confident.
