- * Head of Finance Operations - permanent - East Sussex **
Our client, a large business based in East Sussex, is looking to recruit a new Head of Finance Operations. The role will lead a large shared service team and drive the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and controls in this area.
The role requires an experienced senior finance operations professional who can evidence success managing large finance operations teams.
- Responsible for financial operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Seek out methods and practices to increase flexibility, speed and efficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Lead on all financial systems work including automation and ensuring that systems strategy meets the needs of the organisation;
- Lead on ad hoc operational and broader finance projects;
- Lead on the Financial integration
Role is hybrid working with 3 days required onsite in East Sussex. Salary is up to £100K + benefits and bonus.
The successful candidate:
- Experience as Head of Financial Operations for £200m+ organisation.
