Your new role
As the HR Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries and provide a full generalist advice which will include Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Administration, Reward, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. You will report directly into the HR Manager and provide advice to the UK and EMEA region. You will ensure that all data and personal information is uploaded correctly and be responsible for the administration across the employee lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally CIPD L3 or the desire to study towards this
A good level of HR experience and currently operating at least HR Coordinator level
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail along with a can-do attitude
