Key Requirements:
- SEND Experience: Proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

- Behaviour Management Strategies: Effective techniques for managing and improving student behaviour.
- Excellent Use of Initiative: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations.
