Marc Daniels are recruiting an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a well-established, manufacturing company based in Maidenhead
If you have extensive account payables experience, this role would be perfect for you.
This is a hybrid permanent role (3 days in the office) - you must be within a commutable distance of Maidenhead
Responsibilities:
- Post invoices to the Accounts Payable module
- Work collaboratively with Purchasing and Finance in the US and UK
- Work collaboratively with Sales team in the UK
- Assist in inter-company settlement process
- Assist in preparation of monthly account reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing
- Miscellaneous other projects as appropriate
Requirements:
- Account payable experience (3 years)
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
