Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets by proactively calling existing customers to identify and fulfil their hardware needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing valuable advice and first-class service.
- Respond to customer requests, raise quotations, and handle incoming enquiries and issues.
- Support customers with advice on hardware and licensing applications.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Contribute to sales initiatives and follow up on product offers and new products.
- Prepare accurate sales order documentation and stay updated on technological developments.
Skills Required:
- Proven success in a targeted sales environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
