Telesales Representative
My client in the Managed Services Tech sector is looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives based in Shoreditch to contribute in generating to the sales pipeline in creating appointments.
Working fully on site with an impressive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
An effective Telesales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers
- Answer queries about products or services
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Succeed and exceed all targets set
Requirements:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer IT skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
