The Role:

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Administrator with at least 6 months of experience in the property industry. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the property sector and looking for genuine career progression. You will provide essential administrative support to our busy lettings team, with a clear pathway to advance into a Property Manager role as you develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Administration: Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, referencing, and all related documentation.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for landlords and tenants, addressing queries and providing support.
  • Property Marketing: Assist with marketing properties, arranging viewings, and preparing property descriptions.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update property databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Compliance: Ensure all paperwork meets legal standards and company policies.
  • Team Support: Assist the property management team with various tasks, gaining valuable experience for future progression.
