2nd Line Support Engineer
Have you been doing 2nd line support for +2/3 years and want to bridge onto 3rd line? My client is a regional MSP who have a strong grasp on the local West Yorkshire market. They're dominating their space, with the sales and operations functions running like a well-oiled machine under and technical and flexible leader. The team do work onsite, the thinking behind this is to share and keep and knowledge around the office to foster a better learning environment and react to client needs with haste..
Day to day's of this role would switch and change, the engineers pick up tickets from 1st-3rd line and deliver on projects which align towards their strengths. With a comprehensive L&D function, you can position yourself to get onto these projects and that is up to you making the most of it. Typical clients have environments of up to 250 users across O365, Exchange and Hyper-V. Networking is an element of the role so both server and domain level experience would be great.
