We are working with various education establishments within the Ormskirk and Maghull areas and have immediate requirements for Temporary Office Administrators to support the schools on a temporary basis.
Working in an education setting can be very rewarding and allows you to gain exposure to experience in the public sector which could generate further opportunities for you in the future!
What will you be doing as a Office Administrator?
- Supporting the schools in following up information via email or telephone,
- Logging school and student information onto the in-house computer system
- Preparing and typing letters
- Managing busy email inbox of queries and forwarding to relevant departments
- Updating the computer with online registration forms
- Data entry

- Experience working within an office based capacity
- Previous administration experience
- Computer literate and flexible working on a busy and changing workload
- Good telephone manner
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Good attention to detail
