Working Hours:
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, efficient, and capable of supporting management with everyday administrative tasks. The position starts on 24th October.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Management: Main Task - Completing and managing timesheets accurately.
- Reception Duties: Covering reception for one hour each day, handling basic inquiries, and directing visitors.
- Filing: Maintaining organized records and filing documents.
- Stock Checks: Conducting regular stock checks to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Administrative Support: Assisting the manager with everyday administrative tasks as needed.
- Reception Cover: Providing full-time reception cover during the current receptionist's holidays, which may include covering a full week from time to time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
