Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a core subject from a Russell Group university.
- Maths, English, Science, Psychology, Geography or History degree preferred.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
