We are pleased to be working with an exciting business based in Cowley that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Purchase Ledger experience to continue developing in a supportive environment! Offering up to £32,000.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a lead on all Accounts Payable duties
- Being the point of contact between Shared Service accounts payable team, and the wider accounts team
- Control process for additions and changes to supplier master data
- Ensure accurate processing of all one-off BACS payment requests
- Control monthly employee expenses
- Review and post payroll journals
- Support month end processes; balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
What they're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Previous experience working a finance department
- Good attention to detail
