Key Responsibilities:
Maximise Sales: Hit sales targets to boost revenue and profitability.
Show Home Presentation: Ensure the Marketing Suite and Show Homes are open, presentable, and spotless daily.
Lead Management: Respond promptly to enquiries, follow up consistently, and convert leads into sales.
Customer Qualification: Qualify clients with a recommended Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) before taking reservations.
Sales Process: Manage the sales journey from reservation to exchange, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timely.
Market Research: Stay ahead of competitors with regular market insights.
Compliance: Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
Property Sales Experience: Proven experience in property sales with a good understanding of the conveyancing process.
Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and pay attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage and build rapport with clients.
Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can take initiative and drive results.
