Residential Property Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a Property Management company based in North London who are seeking an experienced Residential Manager.
Duties:
- Site inspections
- Fire and gas safety compliance
- Portfolio of 50+ units
- Dealing with Leaseholder enquiries
- Excellent communication skills
- Business development
Desirable:
- Able to travel to the office
- Experience within a property management company
- Good team player
- Experience with health and safety
Salary + additional information:
- £38,000 - £42,000 DOE
- 3 days in the office and 2 days on-site inspections
