Management Accountant
Advertising Agency | Holborn, Central London | Hybrid (2 days in the office) | 9-5 hours
A fantastic, award winning advertising agency are now looking to expand their close-knit team with a strong management accountant to support their FC and CFO.
Working closely in a team of 3 this is a great opportunity to gain some hands on experience with month end and be part of a thriving business with a supportive working environment built to help their employees thrive too.
The Role - Management Accountant
- Management of jobs (WIP Reconciliation)
- Timesheet reconciliations, burn reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations - AP, AR, WIP, Prepayments & Fixed Asset Register
- Weekly payment runs
- Assisting with month end process
- Liaising with stakeholders from auditors and internal teams to clients
- Ah-hoc support to the FC when needed
The Person - Management Accountant
- Approachable and confident self-starter with strong problem solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Netsuite is essential
- Experience using Paprika is advantageous, but not essential
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy
