An award-winning consumer products business is looking for a driven and motivated Production Coordinator to join their team to manage their production processes and ensure timely delivery of their products. This is a newly created position due to continued company growth and success.
We are looking for someone with production coordination experience and a background working on bespoke / made to order product within accessories, homewares, beauty, or similar product area. Creating market-leading products and ensuring efficient and accurate production and delivery to clients are key for this business, so you will be highly organised and an effective communicator at all levels, with a deadline driven approach.

Duties for this Production Coordinator position include:
- Managing the critical path for bespoke orders, ensuring key dates are met
- Working collaboratively with both internal teams & factories ensuring to aid the smooth running of production, updating all parties as needed
- Checking pe-production samples for accuracy and quality, ensuring artwork is accurate, and any amendments are made as required
- Liaising closely with your counterparts at the large retailer group, keeping them update to date on order progress at all times, and ensuring swift delivery of orders
- Working closely with the technical team to ensure all products are compliant, and all required safety certificates are up to date
- Maintain and update product information onto the database
Experience required for this Product Coordinator:
- Experience within a production, buying, supply chain, or operations role
- Experience withing with key accounts or large retailers a distinct benefit
- Deadline driven with fantastic organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Fantastic attention to detail and a great multi tasker, with good Excel skills
- Working knowledge of production critical paths
- A positive outlook and proactive approach
