2nd Line IT Helpdesk

2nd Line IT Helpdesk candidate required to deliver support for a variety of IT services to join our established client. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm. Salary is up to £40,000.

Office is located in Canary Wharf, and this is not hybrid working.

Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and provide technical IT support
  • Provide a high level of customer support and service expertise

Experience required:

  • Component in providing technical IT support and troubleshooting
  • High level of customer support and service expertise
  • Proficient problem-solving skills
  • 2nd Line service desk experience is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
  • Familiarity with IT service management applications
  • Independent, self-driven with meticulous attention to detail
