Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the technical aspects of events, specifying event requirements, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating freelancers, and overseeing projects onsite. This role requires nationwide travel and the willingness to stay away from home when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Specify event requirements and manage health and safety documentation
- Create RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement)
- Organize freelancers and coordinate nationwide travel
- Conduct site surveys and liaise with venues and suppliers
- Oversee projects onsite and manage technical aspects of events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of AV or event lighting
- Project management or coordination experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and documentation
- Qualifications such as IPAF, NEBOSH, or IOSH aren't essential but would be highly beneficial
- Willingness to work away from home and travel nationwide
- Valid driving license
Package:
- Salary: £34,000 - £37,500 depending on experience
- Time and a half for overtime rates
