- Manage, organise, and update the company's financial records.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- Assist in the creation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes.
- Provide financial advice to the management team.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Manage a team of 5 Finance Officers
Profile
A successful Finance Officer should have:
- Demonstrable experience in service charge or property accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience with line manager responsibilities.
