Position: Project Lead
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 4.50 pm)
Contract: 3 months - ongoing
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to supporting individuals with complex needs in securing and maintaining stable housing. Our Housing First and Housing Led initiatives provide tenancies to those with histories of rough sleeping and multiple needs. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Lead to join our team in Nottingham.

Job Description:
As a Project Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting tenants within the NCCHS properties. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Tenancy Management: Handle all aspects of tenancy management, including addressing antisocial behavior and enforcing tenancy agreements.
  • Multi-Agency Coordination: Organize and manage multi-agency meetings to ensure suitable support for beneficiaries.
  • Tenant Support: Facilitate the sign-up and onboarding of new tenants to the Housing First programme, providing ongoing support to help them settle and thrive in their new homes.
  • Casework Management: Deliver end-to-end casework management services for Housing First and Housing Led tenancies, ensuring that tenants receive the necessary support and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting tenants in their homes and NCCHS properties to provide on-site support and address any issues.
  • Working from home as needed to manage visits, commitments, and appointments efficiently.
  • Engaging with tenants to build trust and foster a supportive community environment.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and partners to coordinate comprehensive support services.
  • Ensuring all actions and interventions comply with relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in tenancy management, particularly with vulnerable populations.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex cases and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for home visits and appointments within Nottingham.
  • Licenses: Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Checks: Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
