Salary: Up to £53,000 OTE including Basic salary £45,000 + Company Car/Allowance, Excellent Bonus and Benefits Scheme

We are seeking a Branch Manager for our bustling Crawley location, part of the UK's leading rental provider and accident management business. You'll be responsible for bringing the Northgate experience to life for both colleagues and customers.
Your Role as Branch Manager:
- Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a team focused on maximizing revenue opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee branch performance, including rental activity and workshop efficiency, while maintaining top-tier customer relationships.
- Innovation & Strategy: Drive innovation and improvement efforts to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize operational processes.
- Customer Service: Deliver on our promise of outstanding service by ensuring your team meets high technical and quality standards.
