We are seeking a senior level Recruitment Coordinator to support our consultants in the delivery of the end-to-end executive recruitment life cycle within a large, complex, and highly unionised local government organisation. This role requires handling high volumes of administrative activities with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to multiple administrative requests from the team.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Support the delivery of the end-to-end executive recruitment life cycle.
  • Handle a high volume of administrative activities with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Facilitate recruitment assessments and candidate introductions, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Provide flexible support to the wider HR team and respond to changing demands.
  • Communicate with and influence a range of senior-level stakeholders.
  • Address challenges that have high levels of complexity.
  • Utilise LinkedIn to enhance the employer value proposition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience in an office environment, ideally within recruitment, resourcing, or HR within public sector.
  • Strategic coordination of recruitment activities.
  • Driven and passionate about talent acquisition with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience and confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Experience handling confidential information with high attention to detail.
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and numerical.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP and online recruitment tools.
  • Facilitation and delivery of senior stakeholder assessments.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn or other methods for sourcing candidates.
