We are looking for a Director of Student Recruitment Strategy to join our team.

The Director of Student Recruitment Strategy is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising product and channel strategies that deliver on ambitious student recruitment targets for our UK Pathways Colleges, and improve overall effectiveness of the recruitment function. The role will work closely and with our senior management team and colleagues in Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing, Product and Finance to ensure the strategy is aligned to business goals

What you'll bring to the role

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in international student recruitment leadership positions
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work well with different cultures and working styles, on multiple time zones
