Role Profile

We are currently looking for a Sales Order Coordinator to join our client's team in the Beauty logistics industry, based in Teddington. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team and progress to management level. You will be responsible for supporting the management of order fulfilment and distribution to the customer. The role is Monday to Friday and based full-time in the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Accurate input of all Sales Orders ensuring that pricing, quantities, 3PL location, delivery addresses and order references are entered accurately.
  • Daily maintenance and updating of internal performance trackers.
  • Allocate/plan stock for specific Sales Orders where necessary to achieve a seamless supply to internal / external customer.
  • Co-ordinate deliveries to customers together with the 3PL provider and Transport providers, where appropriate.
  • Support in the end-to-end management of all UK, International and USA orders, to include communication with UK and US Warehouse.
  • Maintain daily orders on hold reporting to Finance, Operations and Commercial Team.
  • To work closely with the Operations and Logistics Manager maintaining process flows and Customer operating guidelines.

Skills required:

  • A good understanding of working with key suppliers, settling clear and concise instructions. Measuring and monitoring performance.
  • To communicate effectively with internal and external customers always ensuring clear, concise and customer considerate lines of communication.
  • To fully understand the required operational process from the point of order receipt through to final delivery.
  • Self-motivated and driven, ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • To ensure competency in excel to include. Pivot tables, Formulas, and tables.
