This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate to gain a broad and varied caseload in this banking and finance team based in London.
Your Role
- Manage your own caseload of banking matters and support the Partners with larger transactions
- Provide an excellent service to clients by working closely with colleagues from across the UK in both the banking and finance team and other specialisms
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client's business and an ability to secure new work within existing client relationships to develop the account
- Supervise work delegated to other team members as a means of developing others adopting a supportive and coaching approach
- Focus on financial implications and targets at a team and group level
Your Skills & Experience
- A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in a similar legal setting
- Experience in drafting LMA style loan documentation essential, preferably with a good knowledge of real estate finance and/or structured / speciality finance
- Commercially aware with some exposure to business development, with the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships.
