I am recruiting for a Business Continuity & Resilience Advisor to work on a hybrid basis - 2 days in Cumbria, 3 days remote.
The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company.
You will have a professional qualification in Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management or related topic area or equivalent experience.
Experience in the development of a Business Continuity programme aligned to ISO22301 or a resilience programme aligned to ISO22316 in a corporate or highly regulated environment.
Experience of stakeholder engagement, identifying key stakeholders and forging strong relationships to deliver business objectives and outcomes, using appropriate channels, to ensure they are engaged, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.
Experience of supporting business continuity and resilience inspections, audits, reviews etc. and to monitor performance and target improvement activities.
A good understanding of implementation of enterprise resilience and business continuity best practice.
Knowledge and experience of working in accordance with Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity and Emergency Management standards, frameworks and good practice guidelines.
