Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Solihull
Salary: Up to £24,000 (DoE)
We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy team in Solihull. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years'' experience in a similar role and will be able to work autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and paralegal support to the solicitor dealing with residential conveyancing matters
- Assisting with the opening, progression and closure of residential conveyancing files
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and contracts
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors
- Preparing Land Registry applications
- Preparing completion statements
- Researching matters of law relevant to transactions
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years'' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience of residential conveyancing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Professional, friendly and approachable
