Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in housing management or related field, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of tenancy issues and housing regulations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with tenants, external partners, and stakeholders, fostering a supportive and inclusive housing environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for advocating on behalf of tenants and resolving complex housing matters.
- Proven track record of implementing successful housing initiatives, showcasing your creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity within housing services, ensuring fair and accessible support for all tenants.
