Responsibilities:
- Utilise the symology system to apply for permits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with local councils to obtain necessary permits for road repairs and maintenance.
- Efficiently schedule and book jobs, including emergency tasks, with attention to meeting strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth flow of operations and project completion.
- Provide valuable support to the organisation's staff
Requirements:
- Must possess a resilient personality with the ability to take charge and exercise authority when required.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience with the symology system and permit application is highly desirable.
- A valid driving licence is mandatory for this role.
