We are working with an Agency who overthe past four years, have been at the forefront of E-commerce, crafting an elite team of specialists. The team support over 40 vibrant DTC brands, aiming to fuel their growth and profitability through data-driven marketing strategies.

Role Overview: You will manage a diverse range of Paid Social accounts with full autonomy, engage with clients through Slack and Google Meets, and lead a team. You will also collaborate on financial forecasts to ensure sustainable growth for all partners.
The agency has expanded rapidly, now boasting a strong team of 15 based in Manchester. The team offer a hybrid working environment with two remote days and three office days, fostering a supportive and flexible culture. The agency host regular team events and celebrate collective and individual achievements.
Who We're Looking For: An ambitious individual to lead the Paid Social team and drive client growth. Reporting to the Head of Performance, you'll handle significant responsibilities from day one, influencing top-level client decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee high-budget Paid Social accounts, managing up to £100K+ monthly budgets with potential for growth.
- Build and retain a strong portfolio of DTC brands, prioritizing client retention.
- Lead and develop a team of 2 Paid Social Executives, 1 Creative Strategist, and 1 Graphic Designer, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Manage the onboarding and integration of new clients.
- Conduct research during client onboarding and account development to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of the role.
- Maintain regular client communication via Slack and Google Meets, providing valuable insights.
- Offer comprehensive E-commerce expertise across CRO, Creative Strategy, and Post-click feedback.
- Set a high standard for the wider team, leading by example.
- Focus on client profitability consistently.

Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in Paid Social channels.
- 5+ years in E-commerce and the DTC landscape.
- Previous DTC/E-commerce agency experience is preferred.
- Proven management experience is essential.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in creative performance improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: £45,000- £60,000.00 per year BoE
