Are you looking to work with a unique, collaborative business going through sustained growth? Within a well-known, UK wide brand who are branching into multiple markets, gaining a further market share and enhancing their business strategy.
With a change in business strategy and growth where the business has multiplied by over 20% since the start of 2024, they are on the search for a CFO. This position will report into the Board of Directors whilst being responsible for the IT, Finance and technical reporting team. Direct management of 3, within wider teams of over 12 (and growing).
Duties include -
- Play a key part in the overall finance and operational strategy for the business, working closely with and collaborating with the board of directors
- Play a key role in enhancing the growth of the business both internally and externally
- Supporting contract teams when biding and tendering for new business
- Working closely with Finance, IT and the Technical team
- Play a key part in the budgeting, forecasting and planning process for the business
- Oversee the preparation of financial reporting
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Finance Director OR CFO, experience in not for profit is ideal but not essential.
