Akton Recruitment is based within Preston town centre, only a short walk from Preston train station.
We are now looking to hire Recruitment Consultants on all levels to join us during this exciting period of growth across our core sectors.

Recruitment Consultant role:
- Proven experience / track record of success would be advantageous
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation is needed
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Have the willingness to learn and take in advice from the senior staff
- Have key attention to detail and thrive in pressured situations
- Individuals who have a strong desire to build and maintain business relationships
- Have great organisational skills
