Market leading Independent estate agency, with strong brand, excellent local reputation and online following, is looking for a skilled and motivated
Sales Negotiator
to operate within the Exeter area. Joining a skilled and successful team, you will bring your estate agency experience and passion for property combined with your exceptional customer service skills to 'add value' to grow the sales department even further. You will be encouraged and supported to progress your career within a superb environment that offers excellent rewards and benefits. Applications from new to agency candidates will be considered providing sales and customer service can be demonstrated.
Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Market Appraisal generation and winning new instructions
- Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
- Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
- Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
- Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments
Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:
- Minimum 1 years' experience within estate agency sales
- Competent across all aspects of core estate agency
- Comfortable working with targets
- Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
- Drive and ambition to 'add value'
Benefits for this Sales Negotiator role include:
- Attractive base salary up to 23k (DoE)
- Rewarding commission structure - 35k OTE
- Team quarterly bonus for exceeding exchanged income threshold
- Very strong mortgage, survey & conveyance referral bonuses
- Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am-2pm)
- Day in Lieu for Saturday hours.
