We are actively recruiting a highly dynamic and organised Administrator/Account Handler working for a thriving insurance business that offers full support and training to help grow your insurance career.
Ideally, you will have an insurance background or are keen to enter the insurance industry. In this role, you will cover a broad range of commercial insurance products assisting the team of Account Handler and Executives in processing renewals documentation and mid-term adjustments.
You will be responsible for inputting information through the system, maintaining correct and accurate client data alongside gathering any further information on the queries and concerns put forth by your existing clients.
In your role, your foremost goal is to guarantee prompt and effective solutions for every customer inquiry. You will serve as a reliable and approachable point of contact, demonstrating a friendly and empathetic approach to addressing both business and client needs. Your role involves offering expert guidance and furnishing precise information about insurance products.
Your commitment to delivering outstanding service will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and contributing to our overall success.
