A leading global law firm is seeking an Early Careers Assistant join their team. The post holder reports directly to the Early Careers Manager, with day-to-day supervision and mentoring from the Senior Early Careers Adviser. The Early Careers team are responsible for delivering all recruitment and development activities for our London Trainee Solicitors and Solicitor Apprentices.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative support for the Early Careers team in relation to the recruitment and development of Trainee Solicitors and the Solicitor Apprenticeships programme. In addition, there will be opportunities to get more involved in some areas and take on project work.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience working in Early Careers in professional services, ideally within the legal sector.
