Role
Due to growth they are looking to appoint a temporary credit controller to help with a back log. You will be cashing over accounts in a B2B capacity with a professional and friendly approach .
Here is a snapshot of some of the duties:-
- Managing a mixed ledger of SMEs and national clients
- Chasing outstanding invoices
- Dealing with queries liaising with internal account managers
- Sending out 7 day letters
- Attention to detail is crucial alongside offering a high level of customer service
Experience
- You will have a proven track record within a credit control function
- Working with a mixed ledger would be an advantage but not essential.
- A good working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential.
